Winter Mural

 

This collaborative project involved many hands: houses were collaged by kindergarteners, people were illustrated by 1st & 2nd graders, and abstract 

sky panels were painted by 5th graders.

Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night" and 
Seurat's "A Sunday on the Ile de La Grande Jatte"

our mural features a low horizon line, 

illusion of depth, and figures in profile.
